Somis Halloumi Souvlaki

INGREDIENTS

200g   Somis Halloumi cut in cubes
2 Large Pitta Bread
Salt and Pepper Powder
1 Large Sweet green pepper
1 Tomato
1 Zucchini
1 Onion

PREP: 5MIN  ›  COOK: 8MIN  ›  READY IN: 13MIN

1) Cut your vegetables (tomato, onion, pepper and zucchini) in small pieces to cover the halloumi cubes

2) On a small wooden skewer (stick) used for kebab pierce 1 halloumi cube followed by onion, 1 halloumi cube followed by tomato, then pepper and then zucchini

3) Grill it for 8 minutes / Grill Pitta Bread the same time

4) Season with salt and pepper for taste

5) Cut pitta and open it / place the sticks inside

6) Place them in a warm serving plate

(can be served hot or cold)

Egg and Gratered Halloumi on top

INGREDIENTS

50g  Grated halloumi
2 Large Eggs
Salt and Pepper Powder

PREP:2MIN  ›  COOK: 13MIN  ›  READY IN: 15MIN

1) Boil the eggs in water until the yolk is completely solid (approximately 8mins)
2) When the eggs are ready, carefully pour out the hot water. Set the pan in the sink under cool water until the eggs are barely warm.
3) Peel the eggs and slice them in 2 pcs
4) Add the grated halloumi on top
5) Put them in the oven for at 180 degrees for 5 mins
6) add salt and pepper
7) Place them in a warm serving plate
(can be served hot or cold)

Halloumi Garlic Bread

INGREDIENTS

100g  Grated halloumi 2 loaf of white or brown bread Garlic Butter (you can find a recipe, how to create your own)
PREP:5MIN  ›  COOK: 5MIN  ›  READY IN: 10MIN
1) Cut the loaf of bread and spread the garlic butter
2) Cover the loaf with grated halloumi on top
3) Put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes
4) Place them in a warm serving plate
(can be served hot or cold)
